Delivery Options:
Payment on Delivery (Accra): Customers located in Accra have the option to choose “Payment on Delivery” at checkout. Your order will be delivered to your specified address in Accra, and you can pay for your purchase upon delivery.
VIP Delivery (Outside Accra): For customers located outside Accra, we use VIP to deliver your orders. Shipping rates for VIP delivery will be calculated based on your location and the size of your order. You will be responsible for paying the cost of delivery directly to the VIP courier service.
- Pick up: Customers can also walk in to our shops at Tema community 1 and pick up the products they ordered. You can locate us by following this link.
Shipping Rates:
Yango (Accra): Shipping rates for customers in Accra are calculated using Yango. The shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your location within Accra and the size of your order.
VIP (Outside Accra): For customers outside Accra, shipping rates will be calculated by VIP based on your location and the size of your order. You will be provided with the shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Delivery Time:
Accra: Orders placed with “Payment on Delivery” option in Accra will be delivered within a day after your order is confirmed.
Outside Accra: Delivery times for orders outside Accra may vary depending on your location and the availability of VIP courier service in your area. You will receive an estimated delivery time when you proceed to checkout.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently only offer shipping within Ghana.
- Certain remote areas may have limited access to courier services, which could result in longer delivery times or additional shipping charges. We will notify you if any shipping restrictions apply to your location.
